A Scot by birth, Helen emigrated to Canada when she was only 24, returning to Scotland ten years later. Trying to shove all your worldly belongings into packing crates to ship them half way around the world soon taught Helen the practicalities of keeping junk.
Put simply, it was expensive to move, a pain to store and of very little use to the family!
Helen now passes on her (painfully gained) experience by helping others de-clutter their homes and offices, making a difference to their lives and (as a nice by product of the process) their pockets.
Helen has recently appeared in magazine's such as Woman & Home, Scotland on Sunday and The Speaker's Magazine.
Perthshire born Helen also takes great pleasure in taking tourists shopping in Perthshire and regularly receives bookings from local international businesses and the area's four and five star hotels.
